DONGHAE FOOD was founded in 1996. Since then, we have grown into a professional manufacturer and distributor of dried seafood products. We are the only company holding a patent for the use of a Loess kiln in the Republic of Korea. We obtained HACCP certification and built a great reputation for food hygiene and stability. As a result, we are known to produce and provide high-quality products.
Our patented Loess kiln is unique in the Republic of Korea and is designed to reduce the unpleasant smell of seafood and make the original taste of the ingredients richer thorough the roasting process. In addition, it decreases bacterial counts thereby providing safer and cleaner dried seafood.
Our products include anchovies, kelp, dried shredded pollack, and dried seafood for broth and powder, all baked in Loess kiln. They are distributed via diverse channels, such as government-run stores, catering service providers, Nonghyup Distribution, and food material stores in Seoul.
